Appeal Desk is designed as a no-PHI drafting aid. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, medical-record numbers, addresses, phone numbers, emails, or chart notes. Browser-side guards attempt to block common identifiers; they are not a guarantee.
MVP design goal: stream drafts to the browser and avoid storing intake or letter content on the server. Citation verifier audit logs store claim hashes and source IDs only — no patient data. Inputs are not used to train AI models.
Do not claim this product is HIPAA compliant. If a business associate agreement or HIPAA pathway is pursued later, it will be documented separately after legal review.
